Rode into Richmond Ducati on Saturday afternoon unannounced and unexpected. Thought I would schedule a once over on my Multistrada before a roadtrip. Alfred looked at my bike,... "your chain needs adjustment... we'll take care of that right now since your going on the road." My chain needed more than an adjustment. An hour later my bike left the shop with a new chain and sprockets. Without me asking, Alfred stopped work on another job that was not time sensitive to get me on my way.

All dealers are equal, some are just more equal than others.

Been going to Ducati Richmond and Pacific Motosport for years. Every department is top notch, accommodating, and full of riding enthusiasts. Hands down the best motorcycle dealer in the lower mainland.

I just had my 2015 Ducati Monster 821 Dark Desmo serviced. I phoned all of the Ducati Dealerships in the lower mainland and all of them were 4-8 weeks away in available shop time. Within 4 days my Duc was in and out with Desmo done and re- sealed my waterpump cover. Replaced burnt out headlight free of charge. Just the cost of light. My bike runs and feels great. Clutch, and brake were adjusted to perfection. I just got the feeling like they worked on my bike like it was their own. Excellent service and communication.

10/10 all the way around. I've been a customer of Ducati Richmond for about 8 years now, ever since purchasing my 1098S. They have always gone above and beyond the call of duty when servicing/upgrading my baby.

Probably the best Ducati dealership in BC, Super friendly staff. I went in for a tyre change before a 5 day trip and Rory realized there were a few things that required attention. Alfred from service promptly addressed the schedule and fitted my bike in. Alfred was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly went through the issues and remediation. Jason provided great assistance in tyre choices and provided valuable information. Rory did a superb job on the bike and the difference was felt on the 5 day trip. I love these group of people! Ducati Richmond truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I that my bike was safe ready before my trip. Kudos to the whole team!

Ordered ton's of parts for my Diavel 1260S from Jason, and he always kept me updated. The service was crazy good that I had to tell 2 of my other friends to come as well. I normally order parts myself and did most of the install as much as I can but the service was so good that I rather give business to them instead.

I pulled the gun on the .484 caliper earlier this week and unfortunately ended up being too soft with OEM 16mm MC, Rory spent 3 days bleeding and just could not make it better. For my bike unfortunately the RCS17 or 19 aren't a direct bolt-on due to throttle housing in the way. Jason immediately offered me a refund for the caliper. It is super rare a shop let along a dealership willing to let you try the parts then take it back.

I instead told Jason to order brake pads and full set of rotors for me, I didn't even want my money back! That's how good the service was.

Bought my Scrambler here from Stuart. Great service. And great experience from start to finish. I have been back there many times to buy more gear and am already looking at a 1260 Multistrada for next year!

I recently had my 1000km service and that was a great experience. Had a chance to speak to the mechanic about some basic new owner questions and he was so helpful.

Bottom line is these guys care about you as a customer and a motor cycle enthusiast and Stuart Nichol (sales) has been amazing and its always so good to chat with him!
